As we prepare for the High Holydays, the sacred month of Elul preceding Rosh Hashanah encourages us to take stock of inspiring and awe-inducing moments in our lives. After joining for Kabbalat Shabbat services beginning at 6:15pm, we will gather in the Beit Midrash for a bring-your-own Shabbat dinner around 7:00pm upon conclusion of the service. We will dine, enjoy oneg Shabbat, and then LBT clergy will invite our community into study about the mystery, meaning, and holiness within the month of Elul.
